Caroline Laband is a Partner at Wotton + Kearney with more than 25 years of experience in litigation and insurance law. She has practised in New Zealand and the United Kingdom and has appeared in proceedings at all levels up to the Supreme Court.

Caroline is ranked by both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a leading insurance lawyer in New Zealand and is valued for her strategic, practical, and collaborative approach. Caroline is also a member of the Institute of Directors and has sat on various boards ranging for commercial organisations to not-for-profit entities.

As well as her role as a trustee for the Auckland Community Law Centre, she is currently on the board of Takapuna Grammar School, and the NZ advisory board of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
