Josh is a barrister at Bankside Chambers in Auckland.

He has varied litigation experience. He has acted in a range of commercial, regulatory, public and criminal cases. He has appeared as sole counsel in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and has represented clients at specialist tribunals and forums for alternative dispute resolution.

Josh attended the University of Auckland (LLB (Hons), BCom), where he was a University of Auckland and Russell McVeagh scholar. He has previously worked at Russell McVeagh and the Office of Human Rights Proceedings. Before joining Bankside Chambers as a member, he was an employed barrister, working for Sam Lowery.
